Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for orders that are damaged, defective, or in which you have received a wrong item, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Â
Return shipping is free ONLY for orders that were damaged, defective, or in which you have received a wrong item that was the result of the shop.
Please note; refunds for wrong item received means that, WE made the mistake and sent a different item from which you purchased. If YOU bought an item and later realized it wont work for you, you are responsible for the return shipping.
Please ensure you are reading product descriptions and making proper measurements to ensure the item will work for you.Â

Please note that for certain items such as silverado refresh fog light kits, are NOT ELIGIBLE for refunds on shipping fees and will be subject to a return shipping fee. Please pay close attention to the product description to ensure the product will fit your specific vehicle and\or other needs. Please note that our refund policy does not include the cost of shipping you will only recieve a refund for the cost of the item. Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
